December 03, 2003
A few minutes ago, my daughter came into my office and presented me with two very small Lego pieces which were stuck firmly together. "Daddy, I can't get these apart." Always ready to play the part of hero, I took the joined blocks from her tiny hands and told her I would be happy to help. After a few seconds of work, I began to wonder if my boys had been playing with the Superglue.

I muttered to myself about how stuck these pieces were as I reached for the X-acto knife. My little princess weiged in on whom she thought was responsible: "I think the knot-man did it. He did alot of 'em."

By the way, I did manage to separate the two conjoined pieces. In fact, two subsequent 'surgeries' were performed during the course of producing this post. (I also must add that her construction project is, most fittingly, a Castle.)
