Last night's parade on behalf of illegal immigrants in San Antonio was itself, it appears, illegal. Police officials conceded today that the organizers of the march did not have a parade permit. Technically, without a parade permit, people are not allowed to use the street, disrupting traffic, and are instead limited to the sidewalk.That they would follow the law?
