U.S. Postal pedaled through the rain and finished today's Team Time Trial 67 seconds better than the second place team. This valuted Lance Armstrong into first place overall and the yellow jersey.

One other important note: The team only finished with 8 riders. Early in the race, Benjamin Noval was not riding well and was left behind. It is speculated that his hard crash yesterday affected his ability to race today. He did finish the leg within the time requirement and was not disqualified.
