Note: When Congressman Paul mentioned the U.N., the response of the assembled crowd led me to believe that <understatement> they did not hold that organization in a very favorable light </understatement>.

He did mention that things are changing because we now have technology which enables us to spread our ideas (the Internet). He also had this to say regarding the constitution:

The document is there, the constitution was put there never to restrain you; the constitution was put there to restrain the government.

Interesting concept, especially coming from a man within the government.
