Less than two weeks until the Tour begins and Lance Armstrong tries for his 6th straight victory. I will have to go figure out what channel OLN is again. I haven't watched it since last year's Tour.

Meanwhile, a French court has decided that a book suggesting that Armstrong enhances his performance by doping is not really defamation. It seems that French law exempts allegations which are either made in good faith or later turn out to be true.

I guess you can print anything you want in France if you are either deluded or psychic.
