Quote of the Day
As election time nears, we are bombarded with political ads and speeches by candidates telling us their great plans for running the country. At the end of the recent presidential debate, for example, the Democratic nominee recited a litany of supposed cures for nearly everything that ails us, beginning each sentence with the phrase “I have a plan…”

The problem is that government is not supposed to plan our lives or run the country; we are supposed to be free. That our public discourse strays so far from this principle is an unhappy sign of our times. Those who believe in limited constitutional government should worry every time a politician says, “I have a plan.”

Ron Paul, Congressman - TX 14th District

I believe since 9-11, well even before the country was losing so much.  Our children could no longer place their little hands across their hearts and say Our Pledge.

The world saw us as a place for refugees and too too many people came in and turned our very foundings of christian roots around and we are heading away from God.

I have my views on gay marriage and I keep it to myself.  I know I believe in the bible and I also believe Billy Grahams daughter is right in telling us not to judge them that God loves the sinner not the sin.

I know marriage is under attack and if no boundaries are drawn then poligmy (sorry, can’t think how to spell it, several wives) and Sodom and Gamorah…

Moses was given those Ten Commandments from God.

I really am sad about Our Country so please gather strong men for us ladies that need men like you to protect us.  I live alone and pray someday I will find the right and proper man to be my husband.

It is interesting that the freedoms we have here have brought so many people from around the world.  With the immigrants have come different ideas about God and society.

I believe our nation found success at its founding because if its reliance on God and judeo-christian values.  At this point, we rely on the concept of freedom and have a very mixed religious environment, one which is anti-Christian in some ways.  It will be interesting to see where that takes us.

Did we see unprecidented success and growth and develop into a powerful nation because of democracy alone?  Or was it our foundation on God?  Right now it almost feels like we are in an controlled experiment to test the first statement.

Thank you so very much and oh yes, it does seem we are in a controlled experiment.

I know this.  They, the terroist were watching all of our behaviours from within and outside our borders.

They knew porn was allowed and put their money into it quickly.  I don’t know if it made the blogs but 20/20 with Diane Sawyer did an outstanding documentary and found our finest hotels were enjoying our weaknesses and the billions spent.  When she called a few companies while she was on the phone she was told...no comment.  One hotel, did say they would forgo the millions and get it out of their hotels.

Now that is something that gets people upset if I bring it up so I try to keep to myself.  I did get hurt by it personally and so have thousands of women because of our bodies after having children and just nature moving our breast a bit lower, our tummies not the same of our teen age taught skin.

I don’t like how the terrorist even started packing, Marlboro in their pockets and wearing gold fancy watches and status.  They are cunning and frightening.  Satan is real.  I can’t explain how I know that but I do.

See you soon and thank you for your prayers over my health.  Jesus healed the blind and he did help a woman that had suffered for years and all she did was touch his garment.  I may not get healed in the way I wish I could but it is my faith and keeping up with medicines and healthy vitamins and going into good ole’ Max Lucado’s establishment when I am able and if not....I have basic television and love both the Catholic and Christian channels and PBS or I rent things for free from my library or church to keep my eye on the sparrow.

Blessings, Blessings
