Pulitzer
Rusty provides a spot-on analysis of the "Breaking News Photography" Pulitzer Prize awarded to the AP for these images:
5 of the 20 photos were taken by journalists who were working with terrorist forces. 11 of the 20 photos would likely cause anti-American inflamation. Only two show Americans in a positive light. Three more show the victims of terrorism.Pretty incredible to think they could not find any "breaking news" among these. I guess those would only qualify as "breaking tyranny". Michelle Malkin has more on the same subject.

KoF Comment Policy
- Address the topic at hand, not of the intelligence, appearance or genealogy of those you disagree with.
- Present opinion as opinion. If you are stating a fact, it needs to be backed up with some evidence. Something obvious to you may not be that way for others.
- Sweeping generalizations usually demonstrate ignorance and are easily proven incorrect. Avoid them unless you like serving up softballs to the other side.
- It is ok if someone doesn't agree with you or see the evidence you provide as compelling. Make your argument as a proof to yourself why your position is correct, instead of an attempt to convert your opponent.
- If you feel like you are just banging heads with other participants and the discussion is making no progress, it is fine to quietly drop out of the discussion. This is not considered surrender, as long as you redirect your comment energies to a different entry here at KoF.
