Men & Women
...are different after all, at least according to the Vatican:
From the first moment of their creation, man and woman are distinct, and will remain so for all eternity.
Praise God for that. I truly appreciate the numerous value-added features that my wife brings to our relationship. She cooks better than any woman I've known (save my Mom). She askes for directions when we are lost. She is soft and warm and desires my attention and affection. She looks great without artificial coverings...like makeup. And she still consents to being my wife after nearly 14 years. (Ok, so she has poor taste...I can live with that.)

Women think differently than men. The look different than men. (Praise God!) They have different body parts then men. (Praise God for that too!) They have different bodily cycles than men. (No comment.) One would imagine that such a sensible statement would be relatively benign. Incorrect:

The letter has drawn fire from progressive Catholics and secular feminists, who say it seeks to justify restrictions of women's rights. Emma Bonino, an Italian politician and former European commissioner, mocked the document by suggesting it could easily have been written by an imam at al-Azhar, the 1,000-year-old Islamic institute in Cairo.
I'm not sure where they are coming from, aside from the denial of reality.
