Around the 'Sphere
Joanne Jacobs exposes the dangers of education.

Donald Sensing is disapointed that Mel Gibson caved into the pressure and drastically changed The Passion of Christ to accomodate his detractors.

Speaking of The Passion of Christ, Hugh Hewitt gives a nice commentary of the movie and how relevant it really is.

(Hugh is permalink impaired, so you will need to find January 25th, 11:45pm by yourself.)

Poliblog gives us the Pre-NH-Primary Toast-O-Meter. (Just finished up some cinnamon toast myself...yummy.)

And finally, Captain's Quarters notices how contortionist John Kerry's positions really are.

Man… you got me with that Mel Gibson thing.  I nearly sweat blood.  (Pun intended, and an interesting side note: the past tense of “sweat” can be either “sweat” or “sweated.”

Anyway, the real reason I’m commenting is to tell you that Hugh isn’t permalink impaired.  He has a quasi-permalink on the main site that points to the main site and an anchor to the post… but as that will go away in a few days, use this: http://www.hughhewitt.com/cgi-local/calendar.pl?view=Event&event_id=325

If you’re half as obsessive as I am, there’s a good possibility you could lose sleep over something like that.
