Senator Max Baucus' wife avoids prosecution by reaching a deal with federal prosecutors. What was she charged with?
The senator's wife was arrested April 21 after a dispute at Johnson's Nursery in northwest Washington. A police spokesman said Baucus was upset that she wasn't getting help loading mulch into her car, while another customer was.

Police said witnesses reported seeing Baucus putting a bag of mulch behind the other woman's car, preventing her from leaving. The two exchanged words, and Baucus allegedly hit her several times.

I have to admit that mulching your enemies car is amazingly clever. It sounds like something taken from the master of strategy:
A superior leader who calculates the distance or proximity of dangers and obstructions and move with confidence anywhere in his environment, is on the path to victory.
