In the wake of the O'Neill rumblings, Juliette makes a most sensible observation:
O'Neill seems to have a problem with the president's management skills, i.e. allowing his subordinates to toss out ideas while he sits back and listens. I have one question about this: isn't this one of the tried and true methods of a good manager; a management skill used when a confident boss has competent, skilled and trusted people in his/her employ?
Bingo. I'm thinking most people would not have come to this conclusion because the management they have seen up close is of the inefficient and petty 'micro' variety.
