Many people have criticized Jeb Bush for not taking action in the Terri Schiavo situation, but it appears that he was just waiting until he had the authority to override the judicial decision:
Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on Tuesday ordered feeding resumed for a severely brain-damaged woman whose feeding tube had been removed, after the state legislature passed a bill giving him authority to overrule a court order.
