James reports how understanding his hosting service (Hosting Matters) has been with the Nick Berg google frenzy:
I just received an e-mail from Stephanie at HostingMatters with an very nice message: “Don’t worry about the bandwidth this much. We’re not going to bill people this month for extra bandwidth caused by this issue.”It is obvious to me that someone at that company understands the basic business principles that 90% of the service sector does not. I'm very impressed.
I am not currently looking, but should I ever outgrow my current host, reports like these ensure that I will take a very close look at Hosting Matters before any of their competitors.
