Well, I attempted to work my way into the big banquet by using my media pass. I arrived one hour late (part of my brilliant strategery - making sure they wouldn't think I was only there for food) but when I came to the door, the guard lady kindly informed me that the event was closed to the media.

Oh the irony!

I thought about switching to my delegate pass but then I would still need a ticket to get in. Plus it isn't like the gatekeepr wouldn't recognize me.
