I heard a news flash on the radio noting that two Houston police officers are "out of uniform" for violating the new facial hair policy. The department is not allowing uniformed officers to wear either a beard or goatee...unless they have a medical condition that requires it.

Which of course raises the question "What kind of medical condition requires a beard?" Only one comes to my mind: Lycanthropy.
