A judge in Miami has ruled that non-citizens and anyone who failed to check the box on their registration which indicated that they were American citizens will not be allowed to vote:
"I don't think the federal and state requirements, which are in place to prevent voter fraud, are unreasonable," Ed Pozzuoli, a lawyer for the Broward Republican Party, told the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. Illegal voters "dilute" votes cast by legitimate voters, he noted. Alia Faraj of the Florida Department of State noted: "It's an anti-fraud measure. It's to protect the voter. It's the law, and we stand by that."Exactly. The voting regulations are very clear and simple. If someone cannot or refuses to comply with the regulations, they should not be allowed to vote. Get ready for the 'D' word to be spread around like candy. What the cheaters do not understand is that fradulent votes disenfranchise those who are voting legally.
