A few weeks back, I posted about the removal of Bush/Cheney campaign signs from my parent's yard. *I later learned that when they replaced them, my Dad wanted to pile dog poop around them to further discourage the thieves. My Mom was not in accord with the scheme and he chose not to act in a unilateral manner.

I'm happy to report that the second set of signs are still standing, and have even managed to sway this little fellow to the right side:
