As part of this week's individual responsibilty theme, I found this headline rather stupid:
Internet blamed in spread of syphilis among gays
The content of the article makes the point that internet has made it easier for those seeking high-risk sex to find it. That is a valid point. Blaming the internet for high-risk behavior is not.
