Well, in absentia:

Jordan's state security court sentenced to death Al-Qaeda frontman in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and eight others Wednesday for plotting a chemical bomb attack on intelligence services.

It was the third death sentenced pronounced against the Jordanian-born Islamist Zarqawi in his absence, judicial sources said, adding that three others were also sentenced to death in absentia.

But it is better than Jordan being apologists for al-Zarqawi's operations in their country and blaming a certain small country just a bit to the west.
